JOB ANNOUNCEMENT POSITION: FISCAL MANAGER BASIC FUNCTION: Highly responsible professional and technical work directing, coordinating and reviewing the work of the Accounting Department, including Accounting, Data Processing, Budgeting, Payroll, Purchasing and all agency and program financial statements and fiscal reports. Responsible for preparation of all Agency financial statements and presentation of these statements to the Board of Directors, Executive Director and Coalition Staff. Is responsible for assuring Coalition compliance with all fiscal requirements of grantors. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: Must have a Bachelors degree in accounting or related field and five years experience in advanced accounting work and in a supervisory capacity. Experience in contract monitoring preferred. The potential auditing firm will be responsible for providing a high level of service for a reasonable cost to the Coalition. The intent of the RFQ is to select an independent auditing firm, preferably with at least two years of Florida Early Learning Coalition auditing experience, to provide basic auditing services for the Coalition’s total annual budget of approximately $13 million.
